- Once we recieve your order, we will request all the information that is require for the backdrop. A design proof will be sent to you for approval before we proceed with production. 

- If you are collecting your order, we will notify you once your order is ready and out of production.

- If you have selected delivery, the tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched.
