Shipping & Returns
We offer a door-to-door courier service on a national basis (South Africa) or free collection from NutMeg Party Boxes Offices in Sharonlea, Johannesburg.
Please select your desired shipping at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.

Courier within Johannesburg takes 2-3 working days from when the order has shipped and other areas can be up to 5-7 working days.
Please note that there is extended lead times on the Custom Orders and Party in a Box items which can take up to 14 working days to be made and be ready to ship. Once shipped the courier lead times above will apply.
There are no deliveries on weekends.
NutMeg Party Boxes will ensure that all goods which leave our premises are in good order and condition.
We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase if your goods are found to be faulty or damaged. If you decide to change your mind we unfortunately can’t accept the return.
Goods received damaged or faulty are eligible for return within 7 working days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Please notify us immediately on email@example.com within 72 hours of receipt of goods, together with a photo image.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us, however this will be refunded/credited to your account, should your product be deemed faulty.
Unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Please note that we offer no refund / return on custom items or balloons.
